We are a local & family owned business that is here to educate the community on local foods, plant based nutrition, organic & clean eating. We support farmers markets and organic co-ops. We make everything from scratch from scones to bread to soups to sauces!! We have a good variety of house drop coffees, lattes and other espresso based drinks. We also have a wide variety of whole fruit smoothies or frappes with all of the spiralina and protein imaginable!! Any drink we can make hot or iced to fill your needs :) did we mention that we even make our own Almond Milk in house!! Yeah!
